Background

Animove is all about movement - a fast-paced content platform creating TikTok-style videos designed to speak the language of Gen Z. Bold, playful, and unapologetically visual, the brand needed an identity that could match the energy of its content. They came to me with a challenge: evolve their logo without losing their recognizable purple-pink palette, and build a visual world around it.

Process

The goal wasn’t just to modernize a symbol - it was to distill a feeling. I started by diving into the competitive landscape, mapping how video-driven brands use motion, shape, and emotion. From there, I crafted a sharp, youthful take on the universal “play” icon -angled, energetic, and full of personality. This wasn’t just a logo update; it was the foundation for a full look & feel - a brand language built on rhythm, motion, and bold color.

Outcome

The result is a dynamic, cohesive identity that captures Animove’s spirit. The new icon is punchy and immediate — a visual shorthand for video and velocity. Around it, a vibrant system of color, type, and tone brings the brand to life across platforms. From logo to language, the new identity makes one thing clear: this brand moves.
